Every order is handled with care, from manufacturing to shipping. Because our tiles are handcrafted, factors such as weather, raw materials and border inspections can affect timing, shipping schedules may vary. We strive to provide timely shipping and keep you updated every step of the way.

Pricing: Prices range from $1-$7 per piece

Example: 12X12″ Saltillo Natural $3.00 per piece (1 piece per sq.ft)

Example project: 500 sq.ft of 12×12″ Saltillo Tile= $1,500 before shipping

It is highly recommended to seal your Saltillo tile or terracotta tile to ensure lasting protection and preserve its natural beauty.

At Terramano, we use a three-step sealing process for Saltillo and terracotta flooring. As a result, this process provides long-lasting protection and helps preserve the beauty of your floors, whether they are installed indoors or outdoors. With the correct sealing process, routine upkeep becomes much easier, helping your floors maintain their appearance for years to come.

In addition, we recommend refreshing the sealer approximately every six months, depending on the amount of traffic, use, and care the flooring receives. Regular maintenance not only helps protect the tile but also makes it easier to keep your Saltillo or terracotta floors looking beautiful.
