We serve customers across the United States-from Texas, Arizona, California, Louisiana to Florida and New York- as well as Mexico and other parts of the world. Every order is handled with care, from manufacturing to shipping, ensuring that each handmade tile is crafted to perfection and carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transit. Because our tiles are handcrafted, factors such as weather, raw materials and border inspections can affect timing, shipping schedules may vary.

It is highly recommended sealing your Saltillo tile or terracotta tile to ensure lasting protection and beauty.

At Terramano, we use a three-step sealing process:

First, we apply a water-repellent “Primer” sealer, which prevents the tile from absorbing moisture and acts as a grout release before grouting.

Next, once is grouted we use an oil-based “Enhancer” sealer to highlight and enrich the natural color of the tile.

Finally, we finish with a silicone-based top sealer that adds a protective layer and a subtle sheen, helping your handmade tile maintain its durability and timeless appearance.

It is recommended to do a refreshing of the flooring every six months or so depending on the traffic and care.
